“The promo I saw for the sampler set and jar of honey featured a large jar of Lime Ginger Honey and, unfortunately, I ordered because of that jar! I am able to taste only sweet/sour, acid and spicy. Lime and ginger are my favourite flavours. Not only was my large jar plain honey but my sampler set did not even contain a small jar of the lime ginger honey. Yes I got lemon ginger x 2 but only one sample jar of plain lime. Very disappointing!”

I think there's been some confusion about our infusions. We don't actually have a Lime/Ginger infusion, we've got Lemon/Ginger, Turmeric/Ginger and plain "Ginger".
In reviewing your order to ensure we didn't make a fulfillment error, I see you selected "Natural" as the large free jar, so that's what we sent to you.
If you can find where you saw a "Lime/Ginger" or someone saying we made that, please let me know so we can make sure there's no incorrect info floating out there in social media.
As an idea to get the Lime/Ginger you were wanting to try, you might try mixing the Lime honey you received with the Ginger honey, that would get you the Lime/Ginger you're looking for that we don't make unfortunately. I know other customers have tried that with Chipotle and Lime to make a Chipotle/Lime and they've said it's amazing!
