“Wow! What a great jolt of energy! Had it firstly when I was starting to feel the PM bluezy snoozies, after lunch lull. Tried the matcha flavor gel and boy did it really help, w/o the huge sugar crash that usually comes w/ the eating other sugary foods for that kick. Really noticed this when I went on a mtb ride on the local trails. After about 1-1.5hrs, had a lemonade gel and whew! Def helped bring me over the top to get back to the car in not only good shape, but also still w a bit of energy. The free jar of the cinnamon honey now belongs to my wife (who loves it)! She took immediate ownership, w/ me only allowed to trip a teeny bit (and she's monitoring it!). Looks like I might need another jar for me! LOL!”

“This was my first experience with gels as I’m training for my first long run.
