“To be honest I bought this package for my daughter who plays competitive ringette. She uses them during tournaments when she needs an extra boost. The free jar is what I’m loving. I usually don’t like honey but gives me energy when I need a little extra boost to get thru the day on my toast or just have some on a spoon. The cinnamon flavour is so awesome. I never thought I would love honey. Can’t wait to try other flavours. My kids like the lemonade and lemon ginger ones.”

“Overall the gels are excellent for flavour and easy on stomach, perfect for athletics. For biking, the issue is with the packaging, both in terms of size but also ease of opening. They are difficult to open and to squeeze with only one hand. We use them pre/post rather than during a ride. We are using other brands during rides. The jar of honey is excellent!”
