Love the honey packs and all the flavours! They are great for long runs plus getting a free jar on top of it is awesome. Keep up the good work! I also use them at work on long days to keep me going.

A son with four children, all involved in sports, was thrilled when I gave him the entire box! (Did I mention he has four kids!!) Needless to say, they all loved the Energy Gels!

Absolutely LOVE the honey gels they are so kind on my stomach (IBS sufferer) I first tried them at a Trail race this summer. They kept me well fueled to come in to the finish 1st female! I love them for my long runs and races. My daughter uses them for Wrestling bouts and my son for Basketball! Highly recommend!

I bought them primarily to take out on long runs and see how I would like them. Well, my first run with them was a half marathon where I managed to get a personal best time! I loved all the flavors of gels and the bonus jar of honey was fantastic when used on the pre-run toast! Will definitely be buying more!

The gels themselves are easy to digest, they are delicious, and they have the right amount of nutrients to ensure adequate fuelling during long rides. The only area where I would make a change is the ease of which the solution comes out of the packet as if you were trying to do this under intensity, it would be difficult, as it is a very thick substance . Comparing to something like science and sport or energy that have isotonic gels and go into the body very quickly. It would be difficult to recommend this in a race situation. However, in every day use and training, this is hands-down one of the best.
