“I am saving some of the jars to give away at Christmas, but have opened the Cinnamon honey to use in spiced tea and on toast. It's perfect - nice flavour without being sharp or overpowering. Love it! We also used the Chipotle honey as a glaze on some barbecued chicken breasts - it lent a little zing to liven up what can be a a dull dish.”
