“First of all the energy gel packs are my go to for cycling and swimming workouts. But I want to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding customer service I have received. My original order was not delivered to my home. Aaron and his staff were quick to send out a replacement order. When it didn’t arrive Aaron was ready to send another replacement. Fortunately through some amateur detective work the two lost orders were found. They had been delivered to an empty cottage several blocks away and were sitting on a snowdrift on the deck. Throughout all of this Aaron was supportive and attentive to my concerns. I rate his customer service at AAAA!”
