“The honey energy gels surpassed my expectations of what I was hoping to receive when switching out the usual fuel (Huma & Gu) gels for my ongoing marathon training. These are definitely easy on your stomach and I feel much more energized in my long runs in comparison.
One caveat I advise to anyone switching to honey-based fuels is that because they tend to become a bit thicker and harder to eat in colder weather. This isn't really a big issue given the gels are relatively close to your body as it heats the gels up.
