“We love the honeys. We hosted two tastings of the 8 flavours, for four people. Everyone had a fresh teaspoon for each flavour. We went from mild to strong, with cinnamon and chipotle being the final flavours. Everyone enjoyed the honey. Lemon and ginger were among the favourite flavour components overall, but each flavour earned praise, and lots of comments for food pairings.”
