I was disappointed with the lemon/ginger jar as the lemon is VERY strong, overpowering the ginger. It was hard to find the ginger taste. Unfortunately that was what I had ordered for my large jar. I wished I had ordered the chipotle honey for the large one as it is delicious on toast or in chai.”
