I have used them while cycling indoors, usually while doing 50-70km rides and they work wonderfully and no stomach issues at all. I am SO Pleased with EVERY aspect of my order from You! The delivery time was Lightning Fast...seems like I had Just oredered it, and Bam - it was at my Door already! Package in Perfect Condition as was the Contents. Packaging was awesome, and nothing Damaged. Really PLEASED that you use Biodegradable Foam, to Me that is Very Important. I am a Distance runner (been running almost 5 decades), and discovered I can NOT take energy Gels while Training Long Runs, and Definately Not when I race, Instant stomach ache. Can't even have Gatorade. So, I packed a Key Lime Honey Gel in my pocket, ran 10K, had the Gel then continued Running. I was FINE!!! No problems! And it gave me a Boost! PLUS...tastes Great too! I've had it a few times on Long runs since, and works Great! I am going to try it on my Half Marathon coming up. Now the Free Jar of Turmeric/Ginger Honey...LOVE it!!! Tastes Really Really GOOD!! My Favourite Honey now. Haven't tried the Honey Dipper yet, but I will soon.
