“There are three different brands of local honey, Ontario honey, Quebec honey in my cupboard. They are all unpasteurized. Nothing special and they've been there quite a while...months. Then I saw the Sampler set with a free jar and dipper and went for it. So glad I did. This is the best honey I've ever tasted. It's also great as a throat soother and I can't decide whether Lemon or Lime is my favourite for that. Cinnamon is wonderful on hot buttered toast and to sweeten my moring herbal tea.
