“I tried the sampler and I was hooked on this honey. I like a bit of zing in stuff. So far I have used it to make a salad dressing and a dip for chicken wings by mixing with mayonnaise. You can add as little or as much depending on your preference. So much better than store bought dressings. I am going to try it with avocado oil to see how that tastes as a salad dressing and want to try using it to baste a ham. Think it will give a real nice "crust" on the outside and flavour.”
