The honey has become a new family favourite - it is a beautifully creamy honey with just the right amount of lemon and ginger. I use it often to ease a scratchy throat and/or cough.
Let about half a teaspoon of the lemon ginger honey melt in your mouth and then feel it begin to ease throat or cough issues. I also add a small amount to my morning cup of green tea and enjoy the way it enhances the flavour. A little expensive, but a delicious treat to have on hand. Highly recommend!”
