“It’s very thick and creamy. I let it slowly go down my throat to coat it, rather than just swallow it. It took about 3 weeks but it has really made a positive difference in significantly minimizing a cough I’ve had for at least five years. The flavour is unique and does take a little getting use to, but I don’t use either spice all that much.”
