I put it on toast, rice cakes , pitas with cottage cheese it’s very versatile and really good for you. I did have qualms about the bees , until I read of how much you care for them , and every jar sold provides more flowering pasture for them.”

I originally ordered a 1lb jar to see if it would help with an irritating and persistent dry cough. It didn’t disappoint and worked far better than any of the otc cough medicines that I had bought.
I found it also helped improve my sleep, as well as some digestive issues that I was having. I mix a teaspoon of the honey with half a cup of hot water and drink it shortly before going to bed. I now sleep so much better than I’ve slept in a very long time, and my stomach issues have improved considerably.
