Just right. Great on a cold day or when I'm feeling under the weather. Will try the posted salmon, squash and muffins recipes when I get the chance. Would love to see more recipes or get more ideas on how to use the product.”

Everyone loved the honey. I use it in my afternoon tea as a bit of a pick me up, it’s good with hot water and lemon, peppermint or mint tea. Great when you have a cold.
