In my mystery bundle I had ordered the turmeric and ginger honey my mystery sample size honey was lime I also got a beautiful wooden honey spoon. At first glance I wasn't too excited about the lime honey but I changed my mind quickly. I had grabbed a spoon to sample the lime honey and I ate nearly the whole sample size jar. The lime honey was so smooth reminded me of a lime popsicle , was a bit tart but was more like a sweet treat.I had some lime honey on an apple it was delicious.
