Hello Lyn, Unfortunately, this is not the place to handle delivery disputes and we do not think that a product deserves a one-star rating due to a courier fault/delay. We are a business trying to grow in a tough climate. A simple email asking 'where is my order?' through our contact form would be ideal but I can reply to you here. The parcel is currently in Auckland and awaiting local post services to deliver your goods. Unfortunately, delays are inevitable worldwide. This is a global issue that we all must work with.
