“I’ve been having it in the morning on an empty stomach but just feel the cherry flavour that early in the morning which a slight fizz sensation isn’t ideal. It’s a new product and despite not feeling the need to snack nearly as much as it’s stopped my cravings significantly - it would be good to see more flavours.”
