“I don't use pre workout formula's daily and tend to use them sorely on taxing back and leg sessions, but when i do, this is the one that i use. It is an excellent blend, works like a dream and it doesn't give me those dreaded body tingles. The only effect that it gives me, is the one that i need to power through my workout and it tastes great to boost. Give it a try, it works...”
