“I received my order and the bag was contained in a cardboard box. When I took the tape off the box I noticed that the bag was open. When I took the bag out of the box there was kibble from the open bag on the bottom. I contacted Swaggle and informed them of the issue. I received fantastic service and I received a positive outcome. 10/10 for customer service.”
