“Very disappointed in service, received wrong food, then when contacted customer service they gave me a generic response and could not tell me how long before replacement could be sent. Received same message when questioned three times, they weee aware I needed this food asap. Being professional one would have thought same day delivery. Had to buy elsewhere with a two day turnaround as I could not wait.”
