“Disappointing customer service. Whilst on a trip to Botswana one of the fittings securing the strap worked loose and disappeared into the grass never to be seen again. I reported this to customer service June 6 and a ticket was created 00250931. June 14 advised my request had been processed order #4O0017249. It is now July 7 and I have yet to receive replacement parts and still have the strap secured with duct tape. These are not Walmart binoculars and I must admit I expected better from Swarovski.”
