“Optical quality is great but I am aware that this model has a high rate of returns to factory as the rubber armouring frequently detaches and the eyecups become loose. For an expensive bit of equipment this shouldn’t really happen.”
“The rubber armouring had to be replaced after 8 years and, although I don't think this should have happened, the aftersales service i received from Swarovski Optik was excellent. Just a little concerned what happens after 10 years. Hopefully the replacement armouring is guaranteed beyond that.”
