“I am having an issue with the focusing, and maintaining the diopter setting, I have to constantly reset diopter. Also, I have an issue with a tripod I recently bought and have had zero response from the warranty/returns/repair contacts I have made. I have been waiting months for a response. Which is silly since I live in Providence, RI just a few miles from your Cranston facility. I really need help regarding repairs on these two items, and thought customer service would be one of the perks of my Swarovski products.”
