“Very disappointed in focusing mechanism. Returned first pair to dealer with obvious optical malfunction of focusing mechanism right out of box. Second pair (this registration) had a gritty feel to the focus right out of box. Called Swarovski USA, told I could send them in but employee told me he owns a pair and they are also a little gritty, so likely just normal for this product. I decided to also return this second pair to the dealer because these binoculars are far too expensive to not have a smooth focus mechanism when brand new. Looking for a new pair of binoculars from a different manufacturer.”
