“I've used Swarovski optics with 100% satisfaction since the mid-80s. I sent an earlier pair of binoculars to Swarovski for cleaning years ago. The customer service was amazing. Some of the optic glass was replaced at no charge, the binoculars were cleaned, and no charge.”
“Battery drains quickly. I returned the binoculars to Swarovski customer service and they told me nothing is wrong. This pair of binoculars eats batteries. I found the response from customer service to be lacking. I find their technical troubleshooting of the problem to be entirely inqdequate. This is a very expensive pair of binoculars that I am uncomfortable now bringing with me on trips because Im afraid I will run out of battery in the field. So I bring along my Vortex monocular as a backup. That battery never runs out. You should stick to glass. Youe electronics seem to have problems that your teams can not troubleshoot properly. Very Dissatisfied and will tell everyone about my experience that will listen to me.”
