“I am an unbounded fan of everything that Swarowski produces. I've had my 10X42 ELs for over 20 years. I also have an ATS spotting scope. I've never regretted spending - what I thought to be - an excessive amount of money. They've served me well. I wouldn't consider another company for my optical equipment.”
“After 17 years, the eye cups on my EL 10X42 had one of rubber pieces on the outtermost part fall off and was lost. I ordered what I thought was the correct part but when I got it, I realized that I had the wrong piece. I went on-line with Swarovski's chat and quickly found that I had ordered the newer piece that did not fit my older swaro's. The person on the chat said they would quickly send out the correct part and in two days, I was back in business. Great service from a great company.”
“I had lost the rubber piece to my original eyecup. Unfortunately you cannot just purchase another rubber cap. But so be it. I was uncertain as to the correct eyecup. The online "chat" representative guided me through the process and I was able to order the correct replacement part. “The eyecups are fine. However, all I needed were the rubber guards. Mine kept falling off. In retrospect, I think you should have told me to cement my guards on. Instead I replaced the whole assembly for $110.”
