“The binoculars are optically astonishingly good and the design is fantastic to use. However, I feel that the effort that has gone into the optics and the body are slightly let down by lack of attention to a few peripherals. I have had to have the eye-cups replaced because they kept slipping and have already had an objective lens cover tear and another fall off and get lost. On the plus side, both eye cups and lens covers have been replaced incredibly quickly, so I am impressed with customer care.”
