“I would have given a 10 but the reality is that the products are horrendously expensive and I am loathe to recommend them to someone who may not be able to afford them”
“I guess the product can not stand up to a bumpy pelagic because some how without ever dropping the optic the left prism got cracked. After spending $80 to ship them, being told the repair is not covered by the warranty so I am out additional money and the time for repair. I was hoping Swarovski would be the brand I remain with but I am now exploring other options.”
