“These are the best binoculars I have owned however on only their second day with me they developed an internal fault meaning they were unable to be focused and had to be returned to Austria for rectification. At this point I was very disappointed but the customer care was good and I had my binoculars back about 2 months later. i just wish you had a Uk service centre as time taken to repair was excessive.”
