“Excellent optical a hopefully mechanical quality, all the accessories such as frr, chest strap. Also apparently Swarovski is known for customer service quality and my local shop is also easy do deal with. I had Pentax DX* lenses, since then I do not like CA. And love the wide FOV.”
“The binoculares came with a small optical flaw. It does not affect the product usage, but you certainly don't expect it when you pay so much for a premium product. I sent them back for repair, also takes long, so it is frustrating. I also got the forehead rest. The instructions are not so clear. It is strange that the attached part (the metal pins) stay a bit out, and that is not mentioned anywhere nor does the instructions manual show that it is the case. It seems that the instructions could also be improved.”
