“I am having real difficulties with the focal adjustment on my NL Pure 12x42 binoculars. I have spoken to my your service technician Brayden, who was very helpful, but his advice has not totally rectified my issues with focusing. Therefore, while the optics are outstanding, the binoculars are not working as expected for me, and I'm disappointed. I may send them back for evaluation.”
