“I had an issue with my spotting scope. I sent it in for repair under warranty and I had to pay full price for the repairs. I paid top dollar for a great product and strong warranty which has completely failed me. I will not be recommending Swarovski to anyone and am sure to let them know about the terrible warranty coverage. Very very dissapointed to say the least. Product is great warranty is terrible.”
