“The warranty. After buying the product, it is easy to see that swaovski is top shelf when it comes to optics. But the warranty pretty much states that it has to be a factory defect. I live in Alaska and when I'm out hunting I can not always baby my optics. And for me that really sucks. I wish there was more wiggle room. Maybe a deductible or something, but having to buy a brand new optic If I slide down a shell face when hiking the whits range while looking for fall sheep in Alaska and accidentally breaking by scope.....I feel like I should get some wiggle. But maybe that's just me being picky.”
“I had some trouble at the start due to the dealer mounting my scope for me. The rings had been tightened too much and I had trouble getting the scope sighted in. I ended up correcting the problem after some research and am now happy with the product”
