“I just returned from an early season controlled elk hunt in OR. After sighting in rifle prior to hunt I missed an elk on the first day at just 350 yards. I went back to the range & once again sighted in scope/rifle. The following day I shot my rifle at 200 yards & it was once again well off target. I replaced the Z5 with my AV 5x12x50 and sighted in the rifle. The AV held zero the entire week & I actually harvested an elk on the last evening. There is clearly an issue with my Z5 holding its center. I am calling the dealer where I purchased the scope this afternoon (The Outdoorsman) yo discuss options.”
