“Ordered gold chrome had an email to say it had been despatched then a call the following day to it was out of stock, asked for a call back so I could check if std chrome would be ok never got call back. Left an email that evening to express my frustration and had a call the following morning where I accepted a chrome as I had to have it next day as it was a birthday present. Arrived next day with marks and a 1.5cm chip on the chrome finish, present had to be given so we didn't have a choice to return. There was a certificate in the box stating it had been checked? If this is considered to be ok you need to review your procedures”
