“After waiting a while (couple of weeks) for its arrival, I received an email to advise that certain colours were unavailable. Purple was one of the colours that I could choose though, pretty amazing as that was the colour I ordered, after choosing purple, the product arrived just in time for Xmas, when I opened it to check it, as it was a present for my granddaughter, it was obvious from the scuffs on the wheels that it wasn't brand new. It was too late to do anything about it as it was so close to Xmas day. my granddaughter loved the product, but if I could wind back the clock, I would have bought from a different website.”
