“Ordered 2 swegways - one faulty on arrival. Power cuts out whilst riding. Two weeks ago now and no replacement - very poor!
Still no replacement so visited the store - travelled 11/2 hours to get there and Laura the manager refused to give me a replacement even though I purchased less than 30 days ago. I've taken advise from citizens advice consumer rights and am now going through the small claims court. PLEASE Do NOT use this company - You don't want disappointed children at Chtistmas”
“Purchased this, all seemed fine except on the last part something flagged that my details were to be transferred to the USA. Purchase went through, was not informed that the item was out of stock at that point and I had paid £9.95 for quicker delivery. Called them the next day, they said it was in stock and would refund me the £9.95 and get it out to me as quick delivery, which I thought was great.
Item arrived, still not received the refund.
There is a scratch on it and the feet area was a bit scuffed, which I informed by email. No response to that and still no refund for the delivery.
Also, my credit card was compromised that evening, someone trying to purchase on it from the USA !!!
The gadget itself is great apart from the scratch and my son loves it.”

“My son is over the moon with his Segway it's hours of fun , the Samsung Swegway is well made and battery life is good too . The only down side I would say is it scratches easy maybe a white would of been better”
