“The swegway itself turned up in good time but there was a slight issue with communication where the bag was not included and no note to explain why.
As you can imagine there are a lot of companies who would just not send it which is frustrating so a quick note to say that they're currently out of stock but will follow would be useful.
By the way, I still don't have the bag!! :-)
