“Although the "review title" states Blue we never actually got the blue one as it was out of stock and nobody had the decency to call and let me know it wasn't until I called I was informed so changed to a red one once discussed with my husband and called back and spoke to another person to confirm a few things and was extremely rudely spoken too as he said so you've ordered the red and black one and all I said was I'm not sure if it's black as the other guy only said red and as I hadn't looked on the website I wasn't sure so the said gentleman raised his voice and said well you've ordered the 8' plus so obviously this is the black n red one. I straight away told him i was unhappy with the way he spoke to me!!! Anyway I have since received the red n black segway and we are very happy with it, it looks great quality and can't wait for my son to open it Christmas day. Was just such a shame the customer service side let the company down so badly by one persons attitude.”
