“First of all I made a mistake and ordered the 7 plus for my son instead of the iPhone 7. However I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the phone and the packaging. It was very good packaging that protected the phone during delivery. The phone was a very high standard, it looked new. This was a surprise as I expected some scratches and such from the Good grade category. It also came with a phone lead, which was a bonus because I was not expecting it. My son was extremely happy, which I felt was the wrong response considering he broke his old phone in the first place due to lack of care. I felt I was rewarding him for bad behaviour. I will definitely recommend this company and service and will use them again.”
