“I have sensitive skin and I was hoping that, over time, I would see an improvement in skin elasticity and moisture. For me, unfortunately, it seems to have led to some deep pimples on my face, and some on my back. I stopped taking it after two weeks and then tried lowering the dosage (taking 1 half scoop) but when I have taken some a break-out has followed. I am a bit hesitant to keep using it.
