“Installation went fairly smooth but ended up being a little bit of fiddling given that my SR5 did need the load resistors. In all fairness the description said in somewhere cases load resistors are necessary and need to be ordered separately, I did order them separately they were inexpensive and arrived quickly. However it would have been nice if I would have known in advance that they were definitely needed. I don’t know if this is an SR5 thing or some thing that has more to do with production time or different parts used on different Tacoma models. In the end I ended up installing them twice since I had to wait a few days for load resistors to arrive. I’d recommend just buying the load resistors if you have an SR5. PS it’s worth getting their load resistors since they come with the proper proprietary connector on them and that makes it so you don’t have to splice or use any funky connectors. Like I said Toyota stock lights should look this good, these things are better than factory for sure!”
“I think this kit should come with the resistors because it seems like most people have an issue with hyper flash. I would recommend this kit to anyone but I also recommend just picking up the resistors while you’re at it.”
“everything fit well except the switchback turn/reverse bulb. To me it was way to loose in the hole and did not lock in like the stock bulb. I added some super glue to that part. Other then that it was great. Tacomabeast was great as usual with the shipping.”

“Install could not have been easier. End result is much better brighter tail and brake lights. The turn signal in amber looks good how it should have been. Only thing is my install ended up needing the load resistors. The left side hyper flashed on my 2020 sr5. . But a week later I had the resistors and they work great as intended.”
