“Installed on a 2023 Tacoma TRD Off-Road crew-cab short-bed 4x4 with the Toyota TRD lift/level kit. Fairly easy to install, but one of the air line fittings leaked no mater what I tried and needed to be replaced.
It definitely makes the rear suspension firmer over large fast bumps, but over small or gradual bumps its almost unnoticeable. After a little trial and error with bag pressures, I found 8-10psi to be best for daily driving, which had the side effect of around a 1in rear lift.
It 1000% improves the ability of my truck to tow my track car and trailer, which runs around 5500lbs with car and gear.
If you have a lifted leaf pack instead of a lift block in the rear, I strongly recommend getting the Daystar air bag cradles as well because the Firestone bags will not handle the increased axle droop.”
