This course changed our life. As a first time mom I was exhausted rocking my baby to sleep every single time and I didn’t know any better. It’d take long and she’d sleep short naps or stretches. We sleep trained at 7 months and wish we did it sooner! In a week her night and nap sleep got so much better and within two weeks she was sleeping through the night. I was ok with this gentle approach and I’m so glad I helped my daughter learn the skill of falling asleep. I was nervous about the night weaning but it really worked! We’re all better rested, happier, more engaged, fun people who learn and thrive during the day now. No more zombie parents, no more cranky baby! I would pay for this course over and over again; best money I ever spent!

I can’t recommend enough. My 11-month old was still waking between 3-5 times a night wanting to nurse and it was really taking a toll on all of us. I knew he needed more sleep and I definitely did! I was VERY skeptical because he seemed very stubborn and I knew I wouldn’t be comfortable with him screaming, but I’m not kidding when I say he slept through the night on night 3 of the program and has ever since. He’s a happier baby and mom and dad are much better versions of themselves! Thank you so much!

My 20mo old fredback. Bedtime has gotten faster. We went from it take 30 minutes to to hours putting her down. But honestly, I still wish we never started. She's now terrified go to her room for nap and bedtime. She starts lining to us and begging us not to put her down. She screams like she is absolutely terrified, especially when she wakes up mid-nap. She's also been waking up at night which hasn't happened since she was sick around 9mo. I feel like her sleep quality has gone down even though bedtime is technically faster which was our original goal.

Soooo helpful. It took only 1 rough night before my 9 month old figured it out and slept through the night. The naps took about 1 week before she got it. They were alot more challenging for her but it worked! I am sooo grateful. The research behind it all really helped me to stay consistent and gave perspective. My only regret is that I didn’t do this earlier. We are all thriving now. Sooo thankful.

This absolutely changed my life. My baby was up every single hour and my husband and I got no sleep. Once we started sleep training, the first couple of nights were hard but we stuck to it and now our baby sleeps 12 hours a night. I honestly did not think it would work out this great.

AMAZING program. We had such unpredictable nights before taking this training, and the entire household is happier as a result!

I purchased this collection one night when I was on leave and I felt like it was a good time to start sleep training. We have been cosleeping since my now 1-year-old son was born. As we were preparing to go to bed, I decided to just camp out in the nursery to see how he does. When he fell asleep on the blow up mattress with us, I transferred him in his crib. We then left the room and decided to sleep in our bedroom. I then decided to purchase TCB while in bed anxious because I did not know what to do next. Couple hours later l, he woke up frantic. That was when we started the 5-10-15 min pop in. It was aweful and stressful 1 hour ordeal but the MOST gratifying sacrifice because he slept that first night until 7am! My son used to wake up every 2-3 hours to feed (bottle) while we we cosleeping but that night, he did not even wake up for feeding. So We accomplished: 1. Baby sleeping in his own room ALL night 2. Naps in his own room (same sleep space) 3. Stopped the night feeds 4. Transitioned to milk in a bottle with spout now and not the teat I was following Cara's sample schedule and it worked like MAGIC! I highly recommend this method if you were like me who was lost and did not have a clue on how to give my baby his independent sleep space and regain my own! I am a Registered Nurse working full time and I now sleep better, have more energy and happier as I have a happy and well-rested baby!
