This has seriously changed our lives for the better! We had created bad habits with our baby (like only contact naps) and eventually it got to the point where she would wake up and cry the second we put her in her crib. Thankfully we found Taking Cara Babies and within the first 3 days of following exactly what Cara said to do, my five month old was sleeping throughout the night. I HIGHLY recommend this if you're struggling with getting your baby to sleep. It feels like the most gentle way to support your baby during this new period of sleep training, while also teaching them how to self soothe. I will be using only TCB for our next baby! Thank you Cara!!!!

Just wanted to let you know how amazing all of the strategies are. My 5 month old just slept 7:30pm to 7am on night 5 of the sleep training course without a peep, his first night weaning all night feedings! The only time we even had to pop in at all was the very first night from 9:30-10:30pm, the rest of the time he never cried and I just did your 2 night feedings weaning plan over the 5 nights and here we are! I did your first 5 month bundle with my first child (3 years old now) and it was super linear progress and never even had to do the sleep training because he was sleeping 7pm-7am by 5 months, never had a single regression, etc (he still sleeps 7pm-7am at 3 1/2 years old). We felt we followed the first 5 months bundle like we did with our first, and he was doing “pretty well” but not as linear and a bit inconsistent. Then before 5 months he started waking up about 2 hours after being put down every night before we could dream feed him, and waking up between 4:30-5:30am. My husband and I are both high sleep needs people ourselves, so we decided to give the sleep training course a try! The first night was HARD that one hour of crying, but it’s like he just needed to figure out how to put himself BACK to sleep for that one hour and then it clicked for him! He had been putting himself to sleep independently for all naps and bedtime, but that one piece of getting back to sleep hadn’t clicked yet for a full night sleep. And after the first night, he started taking 1 1/2 - 2 hour naps when he was only taking 45 min-1 hour. It feels like magic! THANK YOU THANK YOU

Highly recommend this course! I was very nervous about starting but it was the best thing we did for our baby. Previous to this course I was getting up one to six times a night and would have to nurse/rock my baby back to sleep and it could take up to an hour. And naps were inconsistent. My now 12 month old is taking two good naps and sleeping through the night! He puts himself to sleep usually in 5 to 10 minutes. (no tears involved) The first two nights were a learning curve for both of us but now, not only do I have more time, I’m also getting sleep and a much more rested and happy mama!

I honestly can’t believe I’m writing this review saying my daughter is sleeping through the night! We were stuck in every 2 hour wake ups but followed Cara’s programme to the letter and luckily she responded well and was sleeping through within 7 days! I can’t tell you how much we didn’t believe it would work but were willing to give it a go after 6 months of very little sleep! Can’t recommend this programme enough. I hated the idea of cry it out and it was so gentle and the videos felt so supportive

Taking Cara Babies changed our lives. I had been following the account on Instagram for my older child for over three years and thought I knew enough from that information. My first born was sleeping through the night just from the info I gathered on Instagram. After my second born had RSV at 4 months old, he began only sleeping on mom or dad in an upright position. He’d wake every hour and have to be rocked back to sleep. Eventually I bought the 5-24 month collection, not expecting to learn anything new as I had been following for YEARS. Wow was I wrong. By night three of sleep training, our baby was sleeping through the night minimal crying at put down. We are now 30 days out and the happiest our little family has been since this new baby was born 6 months ago. Thank you Cara + team for the knowledge and SUPPORT. Your course helped me to feel seen as a mom who just wanted what was best for baby and family

Such a blessing and loving program! I started with 3 and 4 months , which help me to slow down and understand the changes of my baby’s sleep, she slept better at night. And then after using 5 to 24 months it’ was just incredible. She slept by herself at 5 months old and the whole night , the naps became so much easier and now she is almost 1 year old., great sleeper!! and I’m following every step recommended and works really well! Thanks Cara because of you we can really enjoy our life as parents and family! I always recommend your plan. Greeting from Germany!

Before we started sleep training our 7-month-old, he was co-sleeping and dream feeding every night. He'd wake up several times a night making it difficult for us to get a full night's sleep. We heard about this sleep course and decided to give it a shot. After watching the whole course first, we honestly thought there was no way he was going to be able to sleep 12 hours at night on his own. Surely that's ridiculous! We were convinced those first few nights of training were going to be a nightmare. We followed every single part of the course and we were ready on Night 1 with our worksheets and everything! We ran through his bedtime routine and held our breath as we set him down in his crib. It took him a whole 45 minutes, but after that, he was out! By the third night, he was out in less than 15 minutes and was able to self-soothe if he woke up. By the fifth night, he was sleeping through the night minus an occasional diaper change. By night 14, he was a professional sleeper and still is! He's 10 months now and welcomes his bedtime routine. We have also done the nap training and it turns out he's a professional napper too! Getting several hours of time back after setting him down and getting a full night sleep is so worth it! My husband is an encyclopedia and has this course memorized! Whenever I have a question, he starts every answer with "Well, according to Cara..." Overall, this was an excellent and easy to follow course and we have even recommended it to some of our friends who are in the same boat. Our only regret is not having purchased this course two months sooner!
