After loving Cara’s sleep training for babies, I purchased Cara’s Toddler Sleep Training for my daughter who is expecting her second child. From a grandparent’s perspective, the course is not only packed with sleep training advice, but overall great parenting advice. Thank you, Cara, for being our go-to resource for whatever stage my grandchild is going through.

It took pretty much 4 weeks of trying the method ( and she was sleeping in her room by herself to begin with)...we were about to ask for our money back because it wasn't 100% getting where we wanted ( baby kept on coming out of her bed several times in the night) ......But no doubt it has in the end helped us with making our LO stay in her bed until the morning. If sleep is a priority to you, be constant with the tips and method, it was really just a matter of time with us. Good luck everybody!

Overall, i love Cara and the taking cara babies programs. We had previously purchased the 5-24 month collection for our son which worked wonderfully for us however, things definitely went sideways when he hit around 28 months and it was clear the approach needed to change. The toddler class is not for the faint of heart! Depending on where you are starting in terms of sleep and types of issues this can definitely be overwhelming and an uphill battle for exhausted parents. I love all of the information and background it provides however, we have definitely struggled with implementing this plan consistently especially with the frequent night waking our son has been experiencing. This course requires you to really evaluate what your personal feelings, values and goals are in terms of how you want to approach your toddler challenges. I encourage anyone considering this class to really evaluate what you want and are comfortable with in terms of how you approach sleep. This course is not a quick fix and absolutely requires you to make a commitment to be consistent one hundred percent of the time for it to work. If you are okay with a more hands on approach to helping your toddler sleep (e.g. sleeping next to them, cuddling etc) keep that in mind before considering using this sleep approach. This course ultimately wasn't for us and we used a more hybrid approach to sleep which has been helping. However, with a new baby coming soon I still plan to purchase the new born information course to hopefully help in the future.

In short, it works! So why not 5 stars? There’s no ground breaking information shared and nothing new I hadn’t already read (for free…) during my search for a solution. It’s essentially the “disappearing chair” sleep training method. What the training does do though, is tie all the information that’s already out there together and show how it’s connected and why all are needed for success.

Amazing! Everything Cara says is pure gold. I have a very busy boy who is not a fan of sleeping. He has always woken up multiple times a night and he took at least 30-60 minutes to put him to bed. I dreaded it! Now he sleeps through the night and he loves his bedtime routine. Thank you, Cara!!

100% recommend! We had a fantastic sleeper as a baby, slept thru the nights from 4mo. But she turned 2 and it all went out the window, we thought sleep regression but after 8 weeks of fighting no sleep multiple wake ups, we purchased the 2-4yr old toddler class, it worked the 1st night we started re-sleep training. It’s now been over a month and she sleeps beautifully and going down has gotten much easier. This course was a life saver!!

It’s scary to take that jump and do sleep training. But once you are committed, this program gives you the keys to accomplishing your goals. It tends to not be as bad as we make it out to be in our head!
