Our child has always been a pretty solid sleeper, and when we had hiccups with sleep while he was an 3 months old, we utilized Taking Cara Babies and quickly got back on track with everyone sleeping better. When we entered the latter part of 2 years old, we experienced a some struggles again, and we turned back to Taking Cara Babies after other strategies weren't working. Within a week, we were all sleeping without a fight again!

So grateful for Cara’s toddler sleep program! Followed this program step by step and it gave my toddler and us as parents, confidence that he can fall asleep on his own. Highly recommend!

I transitioned my child to a bed and she suddenly stopped napping and going to sleep on her own. This program helped us TREMENDOUSLY. We have used Taking Cara Babies in the past and it has always helped us. I was relieved to see that Cara had a program for older children. I cannot thank Cara and her team enough. Thank you, you have helped us so much!

We used TCB from the time our daughter was 1mo and it was legit life saver! Everything was going so smooth, until she started climbing out of her crib right before she turned 3. It was getting pretty bad, she would climb out and just cry by her door. After upgrading to this amazing toddler edition, it only took a couple of nights to get her on track. Thank goodness we have our nights back again. Phew! Cara does it again! Thank you!

10 out of 10! My 2 year old fought sleep so bad that we would be desperate and drive him around the neighborhood until he fell asleep. After starting this program, he had it figured out by night 4. He did get sick after the first week so we took a few steps back until he felt better. But once we started up again, he was asleep in minutes with no fuss. This has been such a game changer and I recommend it to all of my mom friends.

Followed the method. Seems nice and easy however when implementing it in real life doesn't go as smoothly. Still work to do and my child still isn't going to bed on his own

Before I get into any background I will just say this is a MIRACLE PROGRAM. After months of middle of the night full blown tantrums that lasted from about 2-5 am most nights of the week. We finally have our great sleeper back, our son back and our lives back. Our son was an amazing sleeper up until April, months before his third birthday when we weaned him from the pacifier and he started having night wakings that got progressively worse. Our son was already out of a crib since December also so that he would be able to independently use his potty at night although he could climb out of his crib on his own anyway so there was nothing to keep him in his room. From December - April we were able to keep him in the room by latching the door and using a red/green light. At first he didn’t mind the door being locked but eventually it did and it began to cause him distress, meltdowns and we felt it was going to traumatize and generally just not cool so no more latching the door. So with the door open he would get out and wander the house. Not safe. He figured out how to open our stairs gates I would hear him going into other rooms. It started out kind of playful and then progressed into full blown night tantrums when we would try to get him back to sleep. Throwing himself on the ground, running away, hysterics like a possessed child. It was truly disturbing and so stressful especially since our kid isn’t prone to tantrums during the day this was new for us. Just a fully awake kid from about 2-5 am that would lose his mind when you tried to get him back to bed. Then when you get a kid who doesn’t sleep at night they are a wreck during the day. It was a sad and hard situation. Come July we had a baby and now we had two awake kids at night. The situation became unmanageable. We were all suffering. Immune systems were weak from sleep deprivation. I came across this sleep training program that literally saved our lives. Within a few days I saw improvement. And by day 9 our kid was already a good sleeper again. We are a couple of months removed from the program now and he is still a great sleeper. About once a week he does wake up at night we just walk him back to his room and he goes right back to sleep. Hallelujah. God bless Cara and her team!!! Also I love how she shows real life video examples of families dealing with these issues so you realize ok I think what I have going on is crazy but I’m not alone and we really will get through this.

We found a lot of helpful techniques and liked the stairstep process of slowly moving out of the room over a few days time and the book made with our pictures was very helpful for our child. Overall, we did not end up following the sleep routine but the concepts we learned have helped us parent more effectively overall, and the parts of the sleep training we did do helped give our child the understanding that we were always there and the book allowed him to see us as well. We also used the color changing light system that is highly effective.
