“Helpful that all the info was all in one place but it blow my mind - we LOVE all of Cara’s other sleep classes though. We flew often pre-baby so for new fliers the info may be helpful. I did appreciate all the info about TSA though, packing the diaper bag andvice, and the encouragement Cara always provides (turns out our kiddo just won’t sleep on a plane no matter what!
